<br />A. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />D. <br /> <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS <br />RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR ELECTRIC SERVICE <br /> <br />Ap?lication for Service <br /> <br />General <br /> <br />A service agreement is a request for service and does not in <br />itself obligate the City to serve the customer nor does it <br />bind the customer to take service for a longer period than <br />the minimum requirement of the schedule under which service <br />is to be taken. For each service connection the applicant <br />will be required to make a cash deposit with the City in <br />accordance with the provisions as set forth in these Rules <br />and Regulations and Rate Schedule - Deposit. <br /> <br />Residential <br /> <br />Application for service may be made by mail, or at the <br />designated electric utility office of the city. Each <br />applicant will be required to sign a service agreement for <br />service on a form provided by the city. <br /> <br />General Service <br /> <br />Application for service must be made in writing upon a form <br />provided by the City containing complete details of the type <br />of service. Each applicant will be required to sign a <br />service agreement for service on a form provided by the <br />city. <br /> <br />Extensions of Service <br /> <br />When service is requested at a location where the City does <br />not have facilities available, or the facilities available <br />are not adequate or suitable for the service requested, the <br />City will establish service only in accordance with its <br />Distribution Line Extension Policy. <br />
