<br />Any accrued holiday leave will be paid upon <br />termination. <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />Part time regular employees who are required to <br /> <br />work on a holiday will be entitled to another day <br />off at holiday pay equivalent to their scheduled <br /> <br />hours of work. <br /> <br />d. <br /> <br />Temporary full time or temporary part time <br />employees will be granted unpaid holidays. <br /> <br />Should a temporary full time or temporary part <br />time employee be required to work on a holiday <br /> <br />e. <br /> <br />that employee will be paid for hours worked. <br />An employee who is absent without leave on the <br /> <br />day immediately preceding or following a City <br />holiday shall not be paid for the holiday. <br /> <br />D. <br /> <br />VACATION LEAVE <br /> <br />Regular full time and regular part-time employees of the <br /> <br />City shall earn paid vacation leave. <br /> <br />Temporary employees <br /> <br />will not earn vacation leave. <br /> <br />Vacation leave shall be <br /> <br />administered in accordance with the following rules: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Accrual - Full Time Regular Employees <br /> <br />Years of Service Accrual Rate <br /> <br />1 - 10 years 15 days per year <br />10 + years 20 days per year <br /> <br />-44- <br />
