<br />6. <br /> <br />Employees accrue vacation, sick and holiday leave <br /> <br />while on injury leave. <br />Compensation) . <br /> <br />(See <br /> <br />Section VII-D Worker's <br /> <br />H. <br /> <br />WELLNESS INCENTIVE PROGRAM <br /> <br />Extra vacation hours may be earned by regular full time <br /> <br />City employees for non-use of the sick leave benefit. <br />The following schedule is based on a forty (40) hour work <br /> <br />week and will be computed using the City's fiscal year. <br /> <br />(October 1 through September 30) <br /> <br />Extra vacation hours <br /> <br />will be awarded at the beginning of each fiscal year <br />according to the following schedule: <br /> <br />Sick Leave Used <br /> <br />Vacation Hours Awarded <br /> <br /> 24 <br /> 16 <br /> 8 <br /> 0 <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />1-8 hours <br /> <br />9-16 hours <br /> <br />17 hours or more <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />COURT LEAVE <br /> <br />An employee will be allowed unlimited leave with pay for <br />jury duty (employee must submit summons to his/her <br /> <br />supervisor). <br /> <br />An employee will be given leave with pay if <br /> <br />he/she is subpoenaed to appear in court for a job related <br /> <br />case. <br /> <br />Employees who are subpoenaed to appear in court <br /> <br />for non-job related matters will be required to use <br /> <br />vacation leave, personal leave, accumulated compensatory <br /> <br />time or leave without pay. <br /> <br />-54- <br />
