<br />and/or resumes must be received by the Personnel <br /> <br />Department prior to the posted deadline. <br /> <br />Applications of <br /> <br />those non-selected will remain on file for six (6) <br /> <br />months. <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />SCREENING <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Following the prescribed length of advertisement and <br />receipt of applications, all applications will be <br /> <br />reviewed for completeness and requested <br />qualifications (degrees, licenses, certificates, <br /> <br />etc.). <br /> <br />Those applicants meeting the required <br /> <br />criteria will be considered in the selection <br /> <br />process. <br /> <br />Applicants may be disqualified for any of <br /> <br />the reasons listed under Section II-D <br /> <br />DISQUALIFICATIONS FROM EMPLOYMENT. <br /> <br />The most <br /> <br />qualified applicants will be interviewed by the <br />Director of Personnel or his/her designee. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Verification - Applipants shall be required to <br />provide any information or submit proof of any <br /> <br />statements or claims in the application or resume. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />TestinQ - Depending upon the nature of the vacancy, <br />applicants may be required to undergo written, oral, <br /> <br />performance, physical agility, background, medical <br />and/or other evaluation procedures related to job <br /> <br />requirements. <br /> <br />-5- <br />
