MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councilmember Terry and a second by Councilmember • <br />Thomason, the City Council voted six (6) for and one (1) opposed, with Councilmember Jones <br />voting against, to approve Ordinance 2010-8, as previously captioned. The motion carried. <br />19. Public Hearing to receive comment for and against an ordinance amending the official <br />zoning map of the city by rezoning 19.419 acres, more or less, of land area in the J.M. <br />Veramendi Survey No. 2, located at 1800 Post Road, from "FD" Future Development <br />District to "MF-18" Multiple-Family Residential District; and including procedural <br />provisions, and consider adoption of Zoning Ordinance 2010-9. <br />Mayor Narvaiz opened the Public Hearing at 8:02 p.m. <br />There being no comments, the Public Hearing was closed at 8:02 p.m. <br />MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councilmember Thomason and a second by <br />Councilmember Bose, the City Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed, to approve <br />Ordinance 2010-9, as previously captioned. Convention and Visitors' Bureau Advisory Board. <br />Celena McGuill was appointed as the Prime Outlets representative on the Convention and • <br />Visitors' Bureau Advisory Board, replacing Lorena Garcia. <br />21. Reconsideration of Ordinance 2010-5, adopted February 2, 2010, amending the future <br />land use may from "LDR" Low Density Residential to "MU" Mixed Use for a 0.3028 acre <br />more or less, tract of land located at 716 South LBJ Drive; amending the official zoning <br />map of the City by rezoning this tract from "SF-6" Single Family Residential District to <br />"MU" Mixed Use District; and including procedural provisions. <br />There was no reconsideration of Ordinance 2010-5. <br />22. Reconsideration of Ordinance 2010-6, adopted February 2, 2010, amending the future <br />land use map from "LDR" Low Density Residential to "MDR" Medium Density <br />Residential for a tract of land located at 1105 Hillyer Street; amending the official zoning <br />may of the City by rezoning this tract from "SF-6" Single Family Residential District to <br />"DR" Duplex Restricted Residential District (Medium Density); and including procedural <br />provisions. <br />There was no reconsideration of Ordinance 2010-6. <br />23.
