1.1.. 13 Not subcontract any work under this Agreement without prior written approval from the City. Anywork or services subcontracted under this Agreement will be specified by separate written Agreement and will be subject to each provision of this Agreement. 1.1.14 Perform all of its services in coordination with the City. The Contractor will advise the City of data and information the Contractor needs to perform its services, and the Contractor will meet with City representatives at mutually convenient times to assemble this data and information. 1.2 SCOPE OF SERVICES The Contractor will: 1.2.1 Submittals: Provide the City with submittals identifying the equipment to be installed and the services and progranuning which must be performed for the completion of this Project for City approval. 1.2.2 Delivery_: Deliver all SCADA equipment which is identified in the proposal attached to this Agreement as Attachment A and further described in the previously City approved submittals. 1.2.3 Installation: Install and place into service all previously delivered equipment. The Contractor will inspect each Project site with the City Project Manager for conformance with Project submittals. The Contractor will also correct deficient items as identified by the City on a punch list developed by the City with assistance from the Contractor. 1.2.4 Final Acceptance and Training: Deliver to the City all as-built drawings (revisions of the submittals showing changes from the design during installation) and operation and maintenance manuals for t he Project. I n addition, t he Contractor w ill provide continuous t raining for all necessary City staff for the duration of the Project culminating in a final two day training course within thirty days of the City's acceptance of the Project. 1.3 ADDITIONAL SERVICES 1.3.1 Since the Contractor's compensation is a fixed fee for its services, including minor deviations from those described in this Agreement, compensation to the Contractor for additional services will only be for substantial deviations fi'om the scope of services described in this Agreement. The Contractor will submit a written estimate of fees to the City and obtain the City's authorization before initiating any additional services 1.3.2 Each material change (deletion or addition) in the services to be provided by Contractor must be authorized by the City on the Authorization of Change in Services form attached to this Agreement as Attachment B. Compensation for additional services will be in additior~ to that specified for Contractor's Services in accordance with Sectionl 2.3 of this Agreement.
