1.1.. 13 Not subcontract any work under this Agreement without prior written approval from the <br />City. Anywork or services subcontracted under this Agreement will be specified by separate written <br />Agreement and will be subject to each provision of this Agreement. <br /> <br />1.1.14 Perform all of its services in coordination with the City. The Contractor will advise the City <br />of data and information the Contractor needs to perform its services, and the Contractor will meet <br />with City representatives at mutually convenient times to assemble this data and information. <br /> <br />1.2 SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />The Contractor will: <br /> <br />1.2.1 Submittals: Provide the City with submittals identifying the equipment to be installed and <br />the services and progranuning which must be performed for the completion of this Project for City <br />approval. <br /> <br />1.2.2 Delivery_: Deliver all SCADA equipment which is identified in the proposal attached to this <br />Agreement as Attachment A and further described in the previously City approved submittals. <br /> <br />1.2.3 Installation: Install and place into service all previously delivered equipment. The Contractor <br />will inspect each Project site with the City Project Manager for conformance with Project submittals. <br />The Contractor will also correct deficient items as identified by the City on a punch list developed <br />by the City with assistance from the Contractor. <br /> <br />1.2.4 Final Acceptance and Training: Deliver to the City all as-built drawings (revisions of the <br />submittals showing changes from the design during installation) and operation and maintenance <br />manuals for t he Project. I n addition, t he Contractor w ill provide continuous t raining for all <br />necessary City staff for the duration of the Project culminating in a final two day training course <br />within thirty days of the City's acceptance of the Project. <br /> <br />1.3 ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> <br />1.3.1 Since the Contractor's compensation is a fixed fee for its services, including minor deviations <br />from those described in this Agreement, compensation to the Contractor for additional services will <br />only be for substantial deviations fi'om the scope of services described in this Agreement. The <br />Contractor will submit a written estimate of fees to the City and obtain the City's authorization <br />before initiating any additional services <br /> <br />1.3.2 Each material change (deletion or addition) in the services to be provided by Contractor must <br />be authorized by the City on the Authorization of Change in Services form attached to this <br />Agreement as Attachment B. Compensation for additional services will be in additior~ to that <br />specified for Contractor's Services in accordance with Sectionl 2.3 of this Agreement. The approval <br />of the City's governing body is necessary for all additional services the compensation for which <br /> <br /> <br />
