The Mayor read the caption of an ordinance as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING SECTION 3 OF THAT ORDINANCE WHICH REGU- LATES AND RESTRICTS THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND LAND, DATED MAY 23, 1966 (VOL. 32) BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF A 33.345 ACRE TRACT IN T. J. CHAMBERS SURVEY, FROM "R-l" (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) TO "D" (MULTIFAMI-LY). I Mr. James moved the ordinance be adopted on third and final reading. Mr. Breihan seconded the motion which passed unanimously. The Mayor read the caption of an ordinance as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING SECTION 4 OF THAT ORDINANCE WHICH REGU- LATES AND RESTRICTS THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND LAND, DATED MAY 23, 1966 (GENERAL ZONING ORDINANCE) BY DELETING THE DEFINITION OF "TRAILER HOUSE" AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
