Centex Aviation is an asset on the San Marcos Municipal Airport, <br />they perform a valuable service to the Aviation Public in <br />San Marcos. <br /> <br />B. It appears to the San Marcos Airport Cormnissiori that they have <br />little regard for the written provisions of the Lease. <br /> <br />C. The major deficiencies are such serious violations of the coni:ract as <br />to invoke contract cancellation p=cedures. <br /> <br />6 .
