As directed by Ordinance 1978-5, approved by the City Council on <br />January 23, 1978, members of the Airport Corrunission conducted an <br />"appraisal" of Bruce Ingram's conform3I1ce to the provisions of his land <br />lease at San Marcos Municipal Airport with the City of San Marcos. <br />The appraisal was conducted by Jack Stovall and Rusty Lummus and <br />approved by the Airport Corrunission. <br /> <br />2. MAJOR DEFICIENCIES: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />3. MINOR DEFICIENCIES: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />4. COMMENTS : <br /> <br />A. BEuce Ingram paid his lessee fee through February 7, 1982 at the <br />time the contract was made. <br /> <br />B. He paid for the survey required. <br /> <br />C. A copy of the public liability insurance is on file with thE' <br />City Secretary. <br /> <br />5. CONCWSIONS: <br /> <br />Mr. Ingram has met all the terms of his contract and is a welcome and <br />cooperative member of the Airport Community. <br /> <br />6.
