Results on Questionaires returned by T-hangar lessees included: <br /> <br />1 rated maintenance service excellent <br /> <br />1 rated it good. <br /> <br />3 rated it fair <br /> <br />1 rated it poor and 1 marked no experience <br /> <br />C. The =nmission suggested that the FBO, and particularly his <br />mechanics might be more active in soliciting public work and <br />becoming acquainted with local aircraft owners. <br /> <br />D. In regard to insurance protection as required by the lease contract, <br />inquiry has been made of Mr. Stokes on two more occasions and, <br />as yet, no evidence has been received that Chclndelle Aviation, <br />Inc. is insured. <br /> <br />5 . CONCWSION: <br /> <br />The major deficiencies are such serious violations of the contract as <br />to invoke contract cancellation procedures. <br /> <br />6.
