The Mayor read the caption of an Ordinance as follows: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF THAT ORDINANCE WHICH REGULATES AND RESTRICTS THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND LAND, DATED MAY 23, 1966 (VOL. 32) BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF LOT 117 IN THE PARK ADDITION, LOCATED AT 801 CHESTNUT STREET, FROM "C" (COMMERCIAL) TO "C-2" (COMMERCIAL). Dr. Tauch moved the Ordinance be approved on second reading. Mr. Cunningham seconded the motion. The Mayor read the caption of an ordinance as follows: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF THAT ORDINANCE WHICH REGULATES AND RESTRICTS THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND LAND, DATED MAY 23, 1966 (VOL. 32) BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF LOT 6 AND PART OF LOTS 7 AND 8, BLOCK 4 OF THE ORIGINAL TOWN OF SAN MARCOS, LOCATED AT 305 HOPKINS AND EDWARD GARY STREET, FROM "c" (COMMERCIAL) TO "C-2" (COMMERCIAL). Mr. DeLa Rosa moved the Ordinance be approved on second reading. Mr. Cunningham seconded the motiou. Mayor Etheredge read the petition (see attached) presented by adjacent property owners in objection to the change. On roll call, the following vote was recorded: I AYE: Cunningham, DeLa Rosa, Etheredge, Flores, Tauch NAY: Dbire11, King The Mayor declared the motion passed and the Ordinance approved on second reading.
