<br />regular meeting, january 28, 1974 <br /> <br />page three <br /> <br />65 <br /> <br />Mr. Dibrell moved that a formal application be made to <br />the railroad companies to provided lighting at all railroad <br />crossings in the City, beginning with the crossing on Redwood <br />Road, as provided for in Chapter 24 of the Code of Ordinances. <br />Mr. Cunningham seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />In connection with the above motion, Mr. Dibrell requested the <br />City Attorney research the laws prohibiting the blockage of <br />streets by trains for specific periods of time. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Mr. Dibrell requested that all street lights in the City be <br />checked to see if working properly and that request be made <br />to LCRA to place all street lights in operation.
