I Mr. King reported that a staff recommendation had been made to table the ordinance pending further study regarding the lot, sizes and their relation to duplex zoning. The Mayor read the caption of an ordinance as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 27 OF THE SAN MARCOS CITY CODE BY REPEALING ALL PREVIOUS TAXICAB RATES OF FARE AND ENACTING A NEW SUBSECTION 27-5 BY ESTABLISHING A SECTION 27-5(c) PROVIDING FOR THE AUTHORIZED RATE OF FARE OF TAXICAB PASSENGERS.
