The Mayor intr.oduced an ordinance with the following caption: I AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF THAT ORDINANCE WHICH REGULATES AND RESTRICTS THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND LAND, DATED MAY 23, 1966 (VOL. 32) BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF BLOCK 3, LOTS 5,6 AND 7, OUT OF THE J.H. COMBS SUBDIVISION, LOCATED AT 1521 WEST HOPKINS, FROM "R-l" (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) TO "C" (COMMERCIAL). Mr. Etheredge moved the ordinance be approved on third and final reading. Dr. Tauch seconded the motion. Mr. Yarbrough moved the request be a'pproved. Mr. Etheredge seconded the motion which passed unanimously.
