Mr. King seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mr. Yarbrough proposed the name of Mrs. Ross King for consid- eration at the July 12 meeting, as the third member of the Library Board to be appointed. Mr. King moved approval of a resolution authorizing purchase of Lot 28, Park First and Second Addition, for the purpose of I widening Sessom Drive. Mrs. Emery seconded the motion. On roll call, the following vote was recorded: AYE: NAY: ABSTAIN: Emery, Etheredge, King, Yarbrough None Flores The Mayor declared the motion carried. The Mayor stated the Council must call four public hearings to consider two requests for change of zoning, and two requests for l3ermits for mobile home'locations. Mr. Etheredge moved that ,the four public hearings be held at 7: 30 p. m., at the regu- lar meeting on the following requests: a. Mobile home permit on lots 4,5 & 6, Blk. 7, C.D. Wallace Addition; b. Change of zoning from "D" to "e" on lot,27 and part 'of lot 26, Blk. 1, Forest Hills Addition, 802 North LBJ Drive; c. Mobile home permit on lot 22, J.M. Stone Addition, 206 Mitchell Street; d. Change of zoning from "R-l" to "M" on 4.01 acres and lots located in the Millview ahd Ramsay Additions. I Mr. Flores seconded the motion,wh,ich passed unanimousljr. The Mayor read by caption an ordinance annexingc'ertain areas of Bluebonnet Hills and Forest Hills Additions. Mr. King moved adoption of the ordinance on the second of three read- ings. Mr. Etheredge seconded the motion; which passed unani- mously. The Mayor introduced by caption anurdinance annexing the Hardeman-Smith property on North LBJ Drive (Old Wimberley Road). Mr. floresnioved adoption of the ordinance on the second of three readings. Mr. Kin-g seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. The Mayor introduced by caption an ordinance amending the zoning map to show a change of zoning on Lot 1, blk. 4, Dan McKie Subdivision, ,from "0" to "M".
