A copy of the ordi- nance ,is attached as a part of the Minutes. Mrs . Emery seconded the motion and on roll calL the following vote was recorded: I AYE: DeLa Rosa, Emery, Etheredge, Flores, King, Yarbrough NAY: None The Mayor declared the ordinance Passed, Approved and Adopted.
