Property-owners signing the re- <br />quest were Herbert Holcombe, Jay Levine and Eddy Etheredge. <br />A plat of the area was examined. Mr. Bean stated the alley <br />existed only on the plat and had never been opened or used. <br />Dr. Craddock moved that the alley be vacated, and that the <br />Mayor be authorized to sign the necessary papers.
