I to Section XIII. hereof, the impounder shall hold the balance of the proceeds of such sale, if any, to pay the same to the owner of the property. If the owner fails to call for such proceeds within thirty (30) days, they shall belong to the im- pounder. I XI. IMPOUNDED MOTOR VEHICLES TO BE SOLD FOR JUNK: Impounded motor vehicles which are offered for sale in accordance with the procedures prescribed in ~is ordinance shall be sold only as junk. XII. IMPOUNDERS' RECORD BOOK--CONTENTS: The impounder shall keep a record book which shall contain a description of all property impounded; the date and time of such impounding; the date notices of sale were posted and advertised or mailed to owners and lienholders; registered or certified notices and return receipts thereof; the date of the sale; the amount realized for each article at such sale; the amount of fees to which the impounder is entitled pursuant to Section XIII. hereof; the names and addresses of the owner and lienholders, if known; the name and address of the buyer; and any other information the City Manager may deem necessary. I XIII. FEES FOR IMPOUNDING, STORAGE, ETC.: The following fees shall be charged and shall be paid to the impounder; (A) For the taking and impounding of any personal property where a wrecker is necessary, actual cost of wrecker. (B) For the taking and impounding of any personal property where a wrecker is not necessary, Four ($4.00) Dollars. (C) Storage fee, including storage fur all or part of the first twenty-four (24) hours, One ($1.00) Dollar per twenty- four (24) hour period or portion thereof. (D) For preparing advertisement of sale of each article, including newspaper advertisement, One ($1.00) Dollar. (E) For selling each article, One ($1.00) Dollar.
