PUBLIC UTILITIES <br />The valuation of all taxable property of the railroads, pipe lines, <br />and other public utilities for assessment purposes within the city limits <br />of the City of San Marcos and the San Marcos Independent School District. <br />Bound copy of Valuations will be furnished. <br />We furnish all appraisers and clerical help, stationery and supplies, to <br />carry out the work required in a thorough and competent manner. <br />We will compile valuation survey for the City of San Marcos, and the San <br />'.?areas Independent School District, in accordance with the foregoing specifica- <br />tions, furnishing one complete copy of the records to the San Marcos Independent <br />School District, and one copy of the area within the boundary lines of the city <br />of San Marcos, Texas, to the City of San Marcos for the sum of 17,535.60. <br />JHS/sj <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />THE STONE, APPRAISAL COMPANY <br />- 3 - <br />
