Drought <br />Consulting Engineer <br /> <br />Architectural services <br /> <br />3,500.00 <br />2,069.50 <br /> <br />TOTAL. .. .. . . . . . . . .. ,. $10,549.50 <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, the City Council has duly ascertained and deter- <br /> <br />mined that said claims were incurred in the construction of fire <br /> <br />stations and purchasing sites therefor" including architect's fee <br /> <br />in connection therewith, in the City of San Marcos, as contempla- <br /> <br />ted and authorized by the .aforesaid ordinance of September 7tl;l, <br /> <br />1955; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said claims have been duly audited and have been <br /> <br />found and determined to be valid and unpaid claims against said <br /> <br />City of San Marcos; and, <br />WHEREAS, said claims in the aggregate amount of $IO,5~.50 <br />have been duly and legally transferred and assigned to the FIRST <br />NATIONAL BANK, SAN MARCOS, TEXAS; and, <br />WHEREAS, it was provided in said ordinance above referred to <br /> <br />that said warrants above described should be executed, issued and <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />delivered in payment of claims duly approved, audited and allowed <br />by the City Council; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City.Councll desires to approve and allow said <br />claims and to authorize the delivery of CITY OF SAN MARCOS FIRE <br />STATION AND EQUIPMENT WARRANTS to evidence said indebtedness; <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />~ <br />
