Davis <br /> <br />-I <br /> <br />Fr~rlp.~;r.kH Horkln~ <br /> <br />, City Secretary, <br /> <br />present, and the following absent: <br /> <br />none <br /> <br />constituting a quorum, and, among other proceedings had, were <br /> <br />the following: <br /> <br />Alderman <br /> <br />Hi'lhlll"'n <br /> <br />introduced a proposed <br /> <br />ordinance. The ordinance was read in full. <br /> <br />Alderman <br /> <br />Hillburn <br /> <br />moved that the rule <br /> <br />requiring ordinances to be read at more than one meeting be <br /> <br />suspended. The motion was seconded by Alderman <br /> <br />Beecroft <br /> <br />and carried by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Aldermen S. R. RpPcrnft <br /> <br />B. D. Hillburn <br /> <br />Herman Korff <br /> <br />W. M. j);w;, <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />and Mayor Pro Tern <br /> <br />Calvin M.
