<br />-7- <br /> <br />C\ <br />r <br /> <br />Servant's Quarters: An accessory building or. portion of <br />a main building located on the same lot as the main <br />building and used as living quarters for servants employed <br />on the premises and not rented or otherwise used as a <br />separate domicile. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Storage Garage: A building or portion thereof used for <br />the storage of more than five (5) passenger motor vehicles <br />and trucks of not more than one and one-half (1 1/2) <br />ton capacity. <br /> <br />Story: The vertical distance between the floor and ceiling <br />not to exceed 15 feet. <br /> <br />Story-half: A story under a gable, hip, gamble roof. <br />the floor area of which does not exceed more than 75% <br />of the area of the floor immediately below the half-story. <br /> <br />Street: Any thoroughfare or public driveway, other than <br />an alley, and more than twenty feet (20Ft.) in width, <br />which has been dedicated or deeded to the public for <br />public use. <br /> <br />Street Line: A dividing line between a lot, tract or parcel <br />of land and a contiguous street. <br /> <br />Structural Alterations: Any change in supporting members <br />of a building such as bearing walls, columns. girders, <br />beams or the entire roof. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Tourist COUlt: One (1) or more buildings designed or <br />used as temporary living quarters for automobile transients <br />in which individual cooking facilities mayor may not be <br />provided. In all cases, one (1) off-street parking space <br />shall be provided for each room or suite of rooms in the <br />touris t court. <br /> <br />Two-Family Dwellings: A building having separate accom- <br />modationsfor and occupied by not more than two (2) families. <br /> <br />Trailer Camp or Park: An area designed, arranged, or <br />used for the parking or storing of one (1) or more auto <br />trailers which are occupied or intended for occupancy as <br />temporary living quarters by individuals or families. <br /> <br />Use Car Lot: A lot or portion thereof to be used only <br />for the display and sale of automobiles that are in condition <br />to be driven on or off the 10L A used car lot shall not <br />be used for the storage of wrecked automobiles, or the <br />dismantling of automobiles, or the storage of automobile <br />parts. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />SECTION 5 DISTRICTS DESIGNATED <br /> <br />A. The City of San Marcos is hereby divided into seven <br />(7) types of "Districts". The use and regulatIOns <br />shall be uniform in each district.
