Provide one (1) mylar transparency and ten <br />(10) paper copies of said plat. <br /> <br />ARTICLE II. <br />Additional Services <br /> <br />Additional services of Surveyor shall consist of all <br /> <br />services not specifically mentioned in Article I. No additional <br /> <br />service shall be commenced by Surveyor until a written request <br /> <br />for such service has been received. Additional services include, <br /> <br />but are not limited to: <br /> <br />A. Staking of blocks in the Dixon Addition in addi- <br />tion to the 88 blocks which will be staked a <br />Basic Service. Four corner pins per block will <br />be set. <br /> <br />B. Marking of one corner of each block staked in <br />the Dixon Addition with a five-eights (5/8) inch <br />diameter steel rod with an aluminum cap marked <br />wi th the block number. <br /> <br />C. Surveying and staking of area adjacent to section <br />AA of the McGehee Addition of the San Marcos Cemetery. <br /> <br />D. Providing layout of area surveyed and staked pursu- <br />ant to C of this article to include approximately <br />eight (8) blocks of eight (8) grave spaces; pro- <br />vided that said blocks shall not be marked with the <br />five-eights (5/8) diameter corner stakes described <br />in B of this Article. <br /> <br />E. Marking of center pins. <br /> <br />ARTICLE III. <br />Compensation <br /> <br />City agrees to pay Surveyor for the services rendered ln the <br />following manner: <br /> <br />A. The sum of two thousand four hundred thirty <br />three dollars ($2433.00) shall be paid upon <br />completion of the basic services described in <br />Article I. <br /> <br />B. For the additional service described in A of <br />Article II payment shall be in the amount of <br />twenty-seven dollars and sixty-five cents <br />($27~65) for each block staked. <br /> <br />C. For the additional service described in B of <br />Article II payment shall be in an amount which <br />shall be the amount due for the staking as <br />figured by A or B of this Article and the in- <br />voiced price to Surveyor of the additional <br />ma terial [fi ve-ei'grItfis; (5/8) inch diameter steel <br />rods with aluminum caps] plus shipping costs <br />for said additional material plus (5) per cent. <br /> <br />D. For the additional services described in C and <br />D of Article II payment shall be in the amount of <br />twenty-seven dollars and sixty-five cents ($27.65) <br />for each block staked. <br />
