ISg THENCE, in a Northerly direction along the East property line of Lots 2,3,4 and 5 of said Block 4 to a point, which point is the Northeast corner of Lot 5 of Block 4 of said H. B. Coffield Addition and is a point in the Southeast right-of-way line of Woods Street; and, THENCE, in an Easterly direction across an alley, said line being I the Southeast right-of-way line of Woods Street, to a point, which point is the most Northwest corner of Farm Lot 24; and, in a Southerly direction along the Westerly line of Farm Lot 24, same being the Easterly right-of-way line of the alley, to a point, being the Southwest corner of Farm Lot 24 and a point in the Northerly right-of-way line of Concho Street; and THENCE, in a Westerly direction along the northerly right-of-way line of Concho Street across the said alley to the point of the BEGINNING. SECTION 2. The State of Texas shall be, and it is hereby, authorized to physically close the above described portion of said alley. SECTION 3. The Mayor of the City of San Marcos shall be, and he ;s hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver a deed of conveyance, I conveying unto the State of Texas, for the use and benefit of Southwest Texas State College, all of the right, title and interest of this City in and to the above described portion of said alley.
