Alderman Whittenberg <br />seconded the motion and on rol I cal I, the fol lowing vote was <br />recorded; <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />AYE: <br />NAY: <br /> <br />Pool. Ruiz, Serur, Tuttle, Whittenberg <br />None <br /> <br />The Mayor declared the motion carried. <br /> <br />Alderman Ruiz said to the firm's representative: <br />"Mr. Springs, please tel I Mr. Behring that his savings on <br />insurance premiums wi I I more than pay the cost of materials." <br /> <br />Mayor Pro-Tern Serur moved that a proper letter be written <br />to Mr. Taylor, to be signed by the Aldermen, expressing <br />their regret at his resignation, and thanking him for his <br />service. On second of Alderman Pool, the motion passed <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />City Manager Fuller expressed regret, on behalf of himself <br />and all City employees, the Mayor's resignation: "We have <br />enjoyed working under you and for you. and appreciate the <br />opportunity for that relationship.
