Garland Stokes were furnished <br />Counci Imen. Mr. Stokes offered a proposal to build a sewer <br />line at his own expense to serve ten houses he plans to bui Id <br />for sale on LaRue Street, provided he could tie into the sewer <br />line being laid by the City to serve the new elementary school <br />in Z.
