66 <br /> <br />Regular Meeting <br /> <br />May 26, 1981 <br /> <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />PRESENT CITY BOUNDARIES; EXTENDING THE BOUNDARY <br />LIMITS OF SAID CITY SO AS TO INCLUDE SAID TRACT; <br />GRANTING TO THE INHABITANTS OF SAID TRACT ALL THE <br />RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES OF OTHER CITIZENS OF SAID CITY; <br />BINDING SAID INHABITANTS BY ALL OF THE ACTS AND OR- <br />DINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS OF SAID CITY AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />Mrs. Norris moved to approve the Ordinance on first reading and <br />Mr. Kreczmer seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. James introduced for consideration on third and final reading <br />an Ordinance, the caption which was read as follows: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS AMENDING SECTIONS 18-7 AND 18-8 OF <br />THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS TO INCREASE FEES FOR USE OF PARK AND RECREA- <br />TIONAL FACILI!TIES; TO ESTABLISH A REQUIREMENT FOR <br />A DEPOSIT FOR USE OF CERTAIN CITY FACILITIES; TO <br />INCREASE THE REQUIRED DEPOSIT FOR USE OF CERTAIN <br />FACILITIES; REPEALING SECTION 18-9 OF SAID CODE AND <br />ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />Mr. James moved to amend the Ordinance to include the fee structure <br />for the Dunbar Recreational Center, as set out in the Memorandum <br />from Patty Sullivan, Vice-Chairman of the Parks Advisory Board <br />dated May 22, 1981 to Mayor Pro-Tem James and the City Council, <br />as follows: <br /> <br />For parties, dances or social gatherings: <br /> <br />Deposit: <br />Usage Fee: <br /> <br />$50.00 <br />$ 7.50 for one hour <br />$ 5.00 per hour thereafter <br /> <br />For group meetings: <br /> <br />Deposit: <br />Usage Fee: <br /> <br />$15.00 <br />$ 7.50 for one hour <br />$ 5.00 per hour for two or more hours. <br /> <br />Mrs. Norris seconded the motion. <br />was recorded: <br /> <br />On roll call the following vote <br /> <br /> AYE: <br /> NAY: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Brown, James, Mendez and Norris. <br />Cavazos and Kreczmer. <br />None. <br /> <br />Mrs. Mendez then made a motion to amend the schedule of fees and <br />charges for the Charles S.
