o R DIN A N C E I AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING MINI~nJM FINES TO BE LID'IED BY THE CORPORATION COURT OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS: LIMITING THE AP- PLICATION OF SUCH FINES TO FIRST OFFENDERS UPON A WRITTEN PLEA OF GUILTY: FURTHER LIMITING THE APPLICATION OF SUCH FINES TO SITUATIONS WHERE NO BODILY INJURY OCCURRED: REQUIRING THAT ALL CASES INVOLVING AN ACCIDENT MUST BE HEARD BY THE JUDGE OF THE CORPORATION COURT: FURTHER PROVIDING THAT ALL DEFENDANTS UNDER THE AGE OF IT YEARS OF AGE MUST BE ACCOM- PANIED BY ONE OF THEIR PARENTS OR THEIR LEGAL GUARDIAN UPON THE HEARING OF THE CASE: ALLOVIING A NON-RESIDENT OF HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, TO PAY THE MINIMUM FINE WITHOUT COURT APPEAR- ANCE WHERE NO BODILY INJURY IS INVOLVED: PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF ALL LAWS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH: AND PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE.
