VAILDITY. <br />The invalidity of any action or provlslon of this ordinance or <br />of the code hereby adopted shall not invalidate other sections or pro- <br />visions thereof. <br /> <br />SECTION 8. INCONSISTENT ORDINANCES REPEALED. <br />Ordinances or parts thereof in force at the time that this ordi- <br />nance shall take effect and inconsistent herewith, are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 9.
