/ ;:., I AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORDINANCE WHICH ESTABLISKES MINIMUM FINES TO BE LEVIED BY THE CORPORATION COURT OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, BY ADDING EIGHT NEW AND SEPARATE OFFENSES THERETO, AND PROVIDING FOR LEGAL PUBLICATION HEREOF BE IT OR[AINED BY TKE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARC S, TEXAS; I. Th t the present Section J. of the City of San Ma cos ordinance which establishes minimum fines to be levied by the Corporation Court of the City of San Marcos, be amended by the addition thereto of the hereinafter named offenses, with the fines fo such additional offenses being set out in con- ne tion with each such offense: (c Improper license plates upon a motor vehicle - $25.00 (d ) Improper start of a motor vehicle - $5.00 (e ) Minor III unlawful possession of alcohol - $15.00 (f ) Simple assault - $5.00 (g ) Leav i ng scene of accident - $25.00 I (h ) Contest of speed between motor vehicles - $10.00 ( i i ) Motor vehicle equipped with improper brakes - $5.00 (jJ) Giving of false information to po I ice officer - $25.00 I I. Th t, except as hereby amended, said ordinance establish- ing minimum filles to be levied in Corporation Court of the City of San Marcos shal I otherwise remain unchanged. I I I.
