Th t the present Section J. of the City of San <br />Ma cos ordinance which establishes minimum fines <br />to be levied by the Corporation Court of the City <br />of San Marcos, be amended by the addition thereto <br />of the hereinafter named offenses, with the fines <br />fo such additional offenses being set out in con- <br />ne tion with each such offense: <br /> <br /> (c Improper license plates upon a motor vehicle - $25.00 <br /> (d ) Improper start of a motor vehicle - $5.00 <br /> (e ) Minor III unlawful possession of alcohol - $15.00 <br /> (f ) Simple assault - $5.00 <br /> (g ) Leav i ng scene of accident - $25.00 <br />I (h ) Contest of speed between motor vehicles - $10.00 <br /> ( i i ) Motor vehicle equipped with improper brakes - $5.00 <br /> (jJ) Giving of false information to po I ice officer - $25.00 <br /> <br />I I. Th t, except as hereby amended, said ordinance establish- <br />ing minimum filles to be levied in Corporation Court of the <br />City of San Marcos shal I otherwise remain unchanged. <br /> <br />I I I.
