The ordinance, which was read in full, pro- vided f6F annexation of portions 6f Bluebonnet Drive and Wa I nut Street, in order to br i ng another parce.l of land into contact with the City Limits line. Alderman Froh moved adoption of the Ordinance, which is attached as a part of the Minutes. Alderman Damon seconded the motion, and on roll call, the following vote was recorded; AYE: NAY: Damon, Froh, Korff, Pool, Whittenberg None The Mayor declared the Ordinance Passed, Approved and Adopted. The Mayor introduced an ordinance annexing the O.J, Scott property. The petition for arinexation was received at the Dec. 12 meeting. Alderman Damon moved adoption of the Ordinance, which was read in ful I and is attached as a pa~t of the Minutes. The Mayor read aloud a Resolution required by Housing and Urban Development, designating an official to make appli- cation for Federa.l gra.nts in aid. The Resolution is attach- ed as a part of the Minutes. Alderman Damon moved approval of the Resolution. Alderman Pool seconded the motion and on rol I cal" the fol lowing vote was recorded: AYE: Damon, Froh, Korff, Pool, Whittenberg NAY; None The Mayor declared the Resolution Passed and Approved. I The Mayor read aloud a letter from officials of the Missouri Pa.cific Rai Iroad, requesting that the Counci I pass an amend- ment to a Resolution a.pproved Jan. 10, 1966. The Resolution wa.s read aloud, with an explanation of the insertion of data~ Alderman Damon moved a.pproval of the Resolution. Alderma.n Korff seconded the motion and on rol I call, the following vote was recorded: AYE: NAY: Damon, Froh, Korff, Pool, Whittenberg None The Mayor declared the Resolution Passed and Approved.
