<br />used tractor-loader warrants ordinance <br /> <br />That the interest coupons to be attached to each of said <br />warrants shall be in the following form: <br /> <br />NO. 1 <br /> <br />$76.50 <br /> <br />On the 15th day of February, 1968, the City of San <br />Marcos, Texas, will pay to bearer, at The First National Bank <br />of San Marcos, in San Marcos, Texas, the sum of $76.50, being <br />twelve months interest due upon that date by City of San Marcos <br />Warrant No.1, dated the 15th day of February, 1968. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Secretary <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that to pay the interest on <br />said warrants and create a sinking fund with which to pay the <br />principal thereof as it matures, a tax at a rate sufficient for <br />such purpose is hereby levied against all taxable property in <br />said City for the year 1967, and for each succeeding year in <br />which said warrants, or any of them, are outstanding. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that in order to pay the <br />interest on said warrants and create a sinking fund with which <br />to pay the principal at maturity, such tax of and at the rate <br />of $.10 on each $100.00 valuation of taxable property in said <br />City is hereby levied for the year 1967, and the same or so <br />much thereof as may be necessary, and so much more as may be <br />necessary, is hereby levied for each succeeding year while <br />said warrants, or any of them, are outstanding. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that there shall be calculated <br />each year while any of said warrants is outstanding and unpaid, <br />that rate of tax which is necessary to provide current interest <br />and the required amount of principal to be paid from the taxes <br />of that year, and a tax at such rate on each $100.00 valuation <br />of taxable property in said City, within the limits permitted <br />by the Constitution and Laws of Texas, shall be levied, assessed <br />and collected during each of said years, and such tax of and <br />at the rate so found to be necessary for each of such years is <br />hereby levied and is ordered to be assessed and collected. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED, this the 13th day of <br />February, 1967. <br /> <br />~'> <br />/ L <br />// " , / <br />.-<-- ~ ~ ~~ <br />, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />LL~~ <br />
