In business deferred from the previous meeting, the City Manager reported that Burke A. Hargrove, applicant for a permit to operate bi I 11ard tables in San Mareos, had not secured a location for his recreation center. Alderman Damon moved that the City rescind the action approving the Hargrove application. Alderman Froh seconded the mot- ion and on rol I cal I, the fol lowing vote Was recorded: AYE; NAY: Damon, Froh, Korff, Pool None The Mayor declared the motion carried. The Mayor introduced an amendment to ,the agreement between the City and Raymond Foster, Fixed Base Operator at Munici- pa I Airport, wh i ch was approved by the Counc i I in August, 1966. Dr. Pool read the amendment and moved its approval. A copy of the amendment is attached. Alderman Froh second- ed the motion. The matter'" waS discussed. On rollcall the following vote was recorded: AYE: NAY: Damon, Froh, Korff, Pool None The Mayor declared the motion carried, and affixed his sIg- nature to the Agreement Amendment. A cost estimate and statement from Urban Renewal Was receiv- ed by the Counci I. Alderman Korff moved that the City pay the $3,002.34 due the Urban Renewal Agency as its share on Project No. Tex R-73.
