Prin- <br />cipal and interest are payable to the Pak-Mor Manufacturing <br />Company or order at The State Bank and Trust Company of <br />San Marcos, in San Marcos, Texas, upon presentation and <br />surrender of warrants and proper coupons, and the City <br />Treasurer is authorized, ordered and directed to pay to the <br />bearer of said warrants, said principal sum and interest <br />as the same respectively mature. In the event that the sum <br />or sums of money evidenced by this warrant and/or the an- <br />nexed coupon or coupons shall not be paid at maturity, the <br />same shall thereafter bear interest at the rate of 5% per <br />annum until paid. <br /> <br />This warrant is one of a series of warrants of <br />like date and tenor, except serial numbers and maturities, <br />numbered consecutively from 1 to 5, inClusively, each of <br />the denomination of $3,265.00, and each due, respectively, <br />1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 years after date, aggregating $16,325.00, <br />issued for the purpose of evidencing the indebtedness of <br />said City of San Marcos for the purchase price of two <br />garbage collection units from said Pak-Mor Manufacturing <br />Company, pursuant to an ordinance passed by the City <br />Council of said City, which ordinance is of record in the <br />minutes of said Council. Provided further that anyone <br />or more of said warrants may be redeemed by the said City <br />of San Marcos at any time or times with interest to cease <br />to run on the redeemed warrant or warrants from the date <br />or dates of such redemption or redemptions. <br /> <br />C;"'(" <br />~bt, <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />
