It was read aloud by the Mayor and is attached as a'part of the Minutes. - Alderman Froh moved its approval. Alderman Pool second- ed the motion and on rol leal I,the fol lowing vote was recorded: AYE: NAY: Damon, Froh, Pool, Whittenberg None I The Mayor declared the R~solution Passed and Approved. The second Re~olution, read ciloud by the Mayor, auth- orized the City Manager, W,E. Wolff, to make applicat- ~on for fund~ on behalf of the City of San Mar60s, It is attached as a part of the Minutes. Alderman Damon moved approval of the Resolution. Alderman Whittenberg seconded the motion and on rol I cal I, the fol lowing vote was recorded: ( AYE: NAY: Damon, Froh, Pool, Whittenberg None The Mayor declared the Resolution Passed and Approved. The Mayor recognized J.C. Albritton, member' of the City's Highway Committee, who appeared as spoke~man for the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce. A Res- otution pas~ed by the Board, relating to access roads on Interstate 35, was read aloud. Alderman Whi1;tenbel"g moved that the City Secretary be directed to forward the Resolution to the Texas Highway Department, with a Cover i ng letter, A I derman Damon seconded the mot i on, and on rol I cal I, the fol lowing vote was recorded: I AYE: NAY: Damon, Froh, Pool, Whittenb~rg None The Mayor declared the motion carried. The Mayor introduced an Ot'dinance annexing a portion of Clark Avenue. The Ordinance Was read in full and dis- cussed, Alderman Pool moved its adoption. Alderman Froh seconded the motion and on rol I cal I, the fol lowing vote was recorded: AYE: NAY: Damon, Froh, Pool, Whittenberg None The Mayor declared the Ordinance Passed, Approved and Adopted. The Mayor read aloud a communication from the pJtnning & Zoning Commission, recommending a change of zoning on Lots 1,2,3, Blk. 2, Forest Hi II Addition, from "R" to "D", Alderman Froh moved approval of the Planning & Zoning Commission's recommendation, Aldet'man Pool seconded the motion and on rol I cal I, the fol lowing vote was recorded: 1 ~q
