That said warrants shall bear interest from date <br />until paid at the rate of four and one-half (4-1/2%) per cent per <br />annum, interest payable April 1, 1968, and semi-annually thereafter <br />on October 1st and April 1st in each year. <br />Section 6. Principal and interest of said warrants shall be <br />payable in lawful money of the United States of America, without <br />exchange or collection charges to the owner or holder, at The First <br />National Bank of San Marcos, San Marcos, Texas; interest payable <br />upon presentation of warrant, and principal payable upon pre'senta- <br />tion and surrender of warrant. <br />Section 7. That said warrants shall be signed by the Mayor, <br />countersigned by the City Secretary and regietered by the City <br />Treasurer, and the seal of the City shall be affixed to each of <br />said warrants. <br />Section 8.
