Worrel I <br />be reappointed to her position as City Secretary. Mr. <br />Damon seconded the motion and on roll call, the fol low- <br />ing vote was recorded: <br /> <br />AYE: Damon, Craddock, Flores, Korff, Pool, Serur, <br />Whittenberg <br /> <br />NAY: None <br /> <br />The Mayor declared the motion carried. <br /> <br />Counc j I man Wh i ttenberg reca II ed to the Counc i I that <br />during part of November and al I of December, 1965 and part <br />of January 1966, Mrs. Worrel I had, at the request of the <br />Council, served as Acting City Manager; that she had been <br />told she would be compensated for the additional work and <br />responsibi lity, which was right and just; and that she had <br />not been paid. Mr. Whittenberg moved that Mrs. Worrel I be <br />paid $300 for her services at that time. Dr Craddock <br />seconded the motion and on roll cal I, the following vote <br />was recorded: <br /> <br />NAY: None <br /> <br />AYE: Damon, Craddock, Flores, Korff, Pool, Serur, <br />Whittenberg <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The Mayor declared the motion carried <br /> <br />Dr. Pool added that the Counc i I wished to express its <br />apprec i at i on to Mrs. Worre ( I, for the performance of those <br />important duties, in addition to her regular duties as <br />City Secretary. <br /> <br />Councilman Damon moved that Dr. Ben Copass b~ reappointed <br />Corporation Judge. Dr. Pool seconded the motion and on <br />roll call, the followin~ vote was recorded: <br /> <br />AYE: Damon, Craddock, Flores, Korff, Pool, Serur, <br />Whittenberg <br /> <br />NAY: None <br /> <br />The Mayor declared the motion carried. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Counci.lman Korff moved that AlbertM. Walker be reappoint- <br />ed City Attorney. Mr. Damon seconded the mot ion.
