<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />RESOLVED that the City of San Marcos quitclaim to <br />Ysabel Guiterrez, of Hays County, Texas, a part of <br />Lot No. Ten (10) in the A.F. Weatherford 1st Addition <br />to the City of San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, accord- <br />ing to the map or plat thereof of record in Volume 131. <br />page 446, Hays County Deed Records, and being a portion <br />of that real property conveyed by deed from Bobby Kinser, <br />Sheriff, to the City of San Marcos in trust, for the use <br />and benefit of itself and the State of Texas, Hays County <br />and the San Marcos Independent School District, such deed <br />be i ng dated January 12, 1965, an& of record in Vo I ume 204, <br />pages 178-180, Hays County Deed Records, and further <br />being the same real property as conveyed in that deed <br />from Isabel Q.
