<br />/1' <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />RESOLVED that the City of San Marcos quitclaim to <br />Pauline Espinosa of San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, <br />Loys Four (4) and Five (5) in Block Nineteen (19) <br />of the Victory Gardens, Second Section, an addition <br />to the City of San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, accord- <br />ing to the map or plat thereof of record in Vol. 130, <br />page 48, Hays County Deed Records, and being a portion <br />of that real property conveyed by deed from Jack Gary, <br />Sheriff, to the City of San Marcos in trust, for the <br />use and benefit of itself, the State of Texas, Hays <br />County and the San Marcos Independent School District, <br />such deed be i ng dated October 14, 1963, and of record <br />in Vol. 198, pages 45-46, Hays County Deed Records,to <br />which map or plat, deed and their records, reference is <br />here made and same made a part hereof for al I legal. <br />pertinent and descriptive purposes, the consideration <br />for such quitclaim being the payment by the said <br />Paul ine Espinosa of al I ad valorem taxes owing on <br />said property. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper officials of <br />the City execute and del iver such quitclaim to said <br />Pauline Espinosa covering all of said property and <br />improvements upon payment of the ful I amount of said <br />taxes owing on said property. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto subscribed our names <br />and caused the Seal of said City to be affixed hereto, this <br />the 8th day of May, 1967. <br /> <br />/v" ? <br /> <br />//(LG- 4~~~/ <br /> <br />Ell is Serur <br />Mayor of San Marcos <br /> <br />('..~ <br />~r .,' /P/:{1 n _ In <br />l rt-.G.'-c. l..v~\..
