Price, Jr. on a high <br />bid of $5,111.00. The Resolution is mad~ a part of the <br />Minutes. Chief Dial <br />stated the Po I.i ce Department had been contro II i ng traff i c as <br />regards bus traffic as set forth by State law, without a <br />specific city ,ordinance to back it up. The State statute is <br />for traffic outside the city limits. He sai~ he did not think <br />such an ordinance would hamper traffic, it would just legal ize <br />present pol ice action,. Counci Iman Damon moved that the City <br />Attorney be requested to draw up such an ord inance.
