<br />/ <br /> <br />frontage to comply with the above parking requirements, the Board of <br /> <br />Adjustment may grant permission to lesson the parking re- <br /> <br />quirements. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />III. <br />That the fol lowing section, to be designated as SECTION 15. I <br />TEMPORARY USE OF LAND BY TRAILER HOUSES, be added to said Zoning <br />Ordinance of May 23, 1966: <br />A trailer house, as that term is defined in Section 4. of this <br />ordinance, may be placed temporarily in any zoned district provided <br />the following requirements are first satisfied: <br />I. Compliance with all pertinent provisions of the Minimum <br /> <br />Housing, Bui Iding, Plumbing and Electrical Codes, as presently in <br /> <br />force or hereafter amended, of the City of San Marcos. <br /> <br />2. All applications for a permit to temporarily place a trai ler <br /> <br />house upon a certain tract of land shal I be processed in the same man- <br /> <br />ner as applications for changes in zoning, as provided in Section 2. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />of this ordinance. <br /> <br />If the owner of the trai ler house and the land <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />upon which the applicant wishes to place the trailer house is not one <br /> <br />and the same, then both the owner of the trai ler house and the owner of <br /> <br /> <br />said land shall join in the appl ication. If no opposition to the loca- <br /> <br /> <br />tion of a trailer house is made by an owner of land within two hundred <br /> <br /> <br />(200) feet in each direction of the tract upon which the applicant wishes <br /> <br />to place the trailer house, the Planning and Zoning Commission may rec- <br /> <br />ommend to the City counci I that a permit be granted to temporari Iy lo- <br /> <br />cate the trailer house upon the designated tract of land. Such permit <br /> <br />shall not be granted for a period in excess of twenty-four (24) months. <br /> <br />If opposition to the location of a trai ler house is made by any owner of <br /> <br />land within two hundred (200) feet in each direction of the tract upon <br /> <br />which the applicant wishes to place the trailer house, such application <br /> <br />shall be denied. <br /> <br />3. If the holder of a permit, to temporari Iy place a trai ler upon <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br />--. - <br />
