I TEMPORARY USE OF LAND BY TRAILER HOUSES, be added to said Zoning Ordinance of May 23, 1966: A trailer house, as that term is defined in Section 4. of this ordinance, may be placed temporarily in any zoned district provided the following requirements are first satisfied: I. Compliance with all pertinent provisions of the Minimum Housing, Bui Iding, Plumbing and Electrical Codes, as presently in force or hereafter amended, of the City of San Marcos. 2. All applications for a permit to temporarily place a trai ler house upon a certain tract of land shal I be processed in the same man- ner as applications for changes in zoning, as provided in Section 2. I of this ordinance. If the owner of the trai ler house and the land I upon which the applicant wishes to place the trailer house is not one and the same, then both the owner of the trai ler house and the owner of said land shall join in the appl ication. If no opposition to the loca- tion of a trailer house is made by an owner of land within two hundred (200) feet in each direction of the tract upon which the applicant wishes to place the trailer house, the Planning and Zoning Commission may rec- ommend to the City counci I that a permit be granted to temporari Iy lo- cate the trailer house upon the designated tract of land. Such permit shall not be granted for a period in excess of twenty-four (24) months. If opposition to the location of a trai ler house is made by any owner of land within two hundred (200) feet in each direction of the tract upon which the applicant wishes to place the trailer house, such application shall be denied. 3.
