He moved that the petition be denied, and that street signs be placed along Bugg Lane, for proper designation of the street after it crosses Interstate 35 and State 123. Dr. Craddock seconded the motion. Mr. Dannelley stated that changing street names causes great confusion in deeds and property descriptions, and he was in favor of the City's street names remaining the same. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Craddock, Contreras, Dannelley, Flores, Serur, Smith, Zavesky I NAY: None The Mayor declared the motion carried. Mr. Flores opened discussion on the City's ordinance pro- viding for cleaning lots. A discussion ensued, the emphasis being on the difficulty of enforcingthe present ordinance. The City Manager reminded the Council that two years previously, the City had agreed to an exchange of equal parcels of land at Ga~with General Services Administration. Mr. Bean said the legal papers e were now ready for execution, and two resolutions would. be required to cover the transaction. Dr. Craddock mov.ed approval of the two resolutions, attached here and made a part of the Minutes. Mr. Smith seconded the motion~ and on roll call, the following vote was recorded: AYE: Craddock, ContreraB~. Dannelley, Flores, Serur, Smith, Zavesky I NAY; None The Mayor declared the two resolutions Passed and Approved.
