1.4.9 Prepare a final report not to exceed five pages, excluding photographs, maps, and other <br />supporting documentation. The report will include a brief overview of the results of the <br />reconnaissance survey, an inventory of historic resources requiring no additional survey efforts <br />in order to finalize determinations of NRHP eligibility in accordance with 36 CFR 60, and an <br />inventory of historic resources requiring additional intensive survey efforts in order to finalize <br />determinations of NRHP eligibility in accordance with 36 CFR 60. This report will include: <br />a) A table with a list of the resources locations/addresses, property type and subtype <br />classification, stylistic influences, construction dates, integrity issues, and preliminary <br />eligibility recommendations; <br />b) Photographic documentation of each historic resource sufficient in number and <br />perspective to satisfy THC documentation requirements (except under circumstances <br />beyond the investigators control). For structures, at a minimum, this will include an <br />oblique view of the primary facade and a side elevation for each resource, with the <br />subject filling the frame. For Texas Historical Markers or monuments, this will <br />include a front view with legible text. All photographs shall be 3.5" x 5" color <br />representations printed on matte finish photographic paper. All photographs shall be <br />well focused and clearly depict architectural and other details relevant to an <br />evaluation of the resource's character-defining features; <br />c) Aerial photographs or USGS 7.5' topographic maps showing the location of each <br />historic resource and the boundaries of the APE. The Engineer will clearly mark <br />major street names and other directional landmarks on the map; and <br />d) For those historic resources requiring additional intensive survey efforts as identified <br />in the reconnaissance survey, the Engineer will propose changes to the Research <br />Design in accordance with 36 CFR 60, to finalize determinations of NRHP eligibility. <br />These may include more research into contextual setting, further comparison of <br />property information, filling of data gaps, and other items necessary to finalize the <br />evaluation and documentation phases of the project in accordance with the SOI <br />Standards. <br />1.4.10 Summarize and discuss construction related affects associated with the Project in the CE, <br />including detours. <br />1.4.11 Perform an Internet database search as well as a site visit and windshield survey of <br />properties within a '/4-mile of the Project site for the purpose of identifying hazardous material <br />issues. <br />1.4.12 Perform an Indirect and Cumulative Impacts (ICI) analysis for the Project using <br />TxDOT's guidance, as necessary. <br />1.4.13 Summarize and discuss public involvement activities for the Project in the CE. <br />1.4.14 Include exhibits for this task in the CE: <br />18 <br />
