I 3. Actual soil investigations, including laboratory tests, borings, and soil analysis and recommendations by certified laboratories approved by the OWNER. 4. Travel or subsistence required of the ENGINEER and authorized by the OWNER to points other than the OWNER's City Hall offices and project sites. 5. Revisions or additions to original concepts once final approval has been given. SECTION IV - THE OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITIES The OWNER will: 1. Provide full information as to his requirements for the project. 2. Assist the ENGINEER by placing at his disposal all available information pertinent to the project, including current or new information relative to the design and construction,)of these improvements. 3. Furnish the ENGINEER services or data as required such as core borings, probings and subsurface explorations, hydrographic surveys, laboratory tests and inspections of samples, materials and equipment; appropriate professional interpretations 6f all oIethe foregoing; property, boundary, easement, right-of-way zoning and deed restrictions; and other special data or consultants not covered in Section III; all of which the ENGINEER may rely upon in performing his services under this Agreement. 4. Guarantee access to and make all provisions for the ENGINEER to perform his services under this Agreement. 5. Examine all information, sketches, estimates, specifications, proposals, and other documents presented by the ENGINEER and render decisions pertaining thereto within a reasonable time so as not to delay the services of the ENGINEER. 6. Provide such legal, accounting, and insurance counseling services as may be required by the project while dealing with the project funding agencies and such auditing services as the OWNER may require to ascertain how or for what purposes the project funding agencies may need such information.
