SECTION 4. That the conditions of the disposition documents <br />including the deed and contract for sale for private <br />redevelopment are on file and are available for inspection <br />in the office of the Director of Community Development of <br />the City of San Marcos. <br />SECTION S. That the purchaser is hereby placed on notice <br />that the subject property is subject to assessment under <br />the provisions of Article 1105b of the Revised Civil <br />Statutes of the State of Texas. <br />SECTION 6. That the Mayor of the City of San Marcos, Texas, <br />is hereby authorized to execute a warranty deed to <br />Manuela D. Amparan from the City of San Marcos for all that <br />real property known as part of Lot 1, Block 8 of the D. S. <br />Combs Addition further described by metes and bounds in the <br />attached Exhibit A and also known as Parcel Number DS-8-1 <br />located within the Tex. A-6 Neighborhood Development Program. <br />SECTION 7. That the importance of this ordinance creates an <br />emergency and an imperative purpose necessary that the <br />provisions of the Charter requiring all ordinances be read <br />at three separate meetings and that no ordinance shall become <br />effective until the expiration of ten days following the <br />date of its final passage be suspended and this provision is <br />hereby suspended and this ordinance shall take effect from <br />and after its adoption and publication in a newspaper of <br />general circulation within the City. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of November, 1978. <br />Robert L.
