<br />-4- <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />liquor, wine, or beer for on-premise consumption <br />under permit by the State of Texas, and said policy <br />shall therefore immediately supercede all other <br />ordinances and policies in conflict with this ordinance: <br />(A) Establishments which dispense liquor, wine or <br />beer for on-premise consumption under permit by <br />the State of Texas are hereby excluded from all <br />specifically zoned districts as set out in the <br />General Zoning Ordinances of the City of San Marcos <br />except the one district designated as 'Commercial' <br />or 'C' District. <br />(B) The Zoning Classification designated as 'C-2' <br />in the General Zoning Ordinance is hereby deleted <br />and all various 'C-2' classifications previously <br />assigned by the City of San Marcos to properties, <br />whether by formal zoning change or by non-conforming <br />use status, are hereby effectively extinquished <br />and are of no further use, application, or <br />consequence. <br />(C) Owners of property which had previously been <br />officially zoned, 'C' Commercial, by the City <br />of San Marcos may now henceforth utiiize said <br />property for establishments which dispense <br />liquor, wine, or beer for on-premise consumption <br />under permit by the State of Texas only upon <br />obtaining a Conditional Use Permit for such use <br />from the Zoning Administrator of the City. <br />(D) Said Conditional Use Permit may be obtained in <br />the following manner: <br />(1) Complete and submit an application form to <br />be provided by the City of San Marcos <br />Zoning Administrator. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />
