162L exhibit a continued LOWER COLORADO RIVER AUTI:lORITI STANDARD STREET LlrnTING RATE (B), IN EFFECf WI11lIN THE CITI OF SAN MARCOS SCHEDULE VII-77 APPLlCABILITI I Applicable to electric service for lighting public thoroughfares and traffic lamps for a tenn of not less than one year at locations where existing Authori ty- owned poles and facilities are available. Service at locations other than where existing Authority-owned poles and facilities are available may be made available at the discretion of the Authority. CHARACTER OF SERVICE Alternating current service to single units or series or multiple syst~; or in combination at option of Authority. RATE The rate for this service consists of two parts as follows: 1. El'l.ergy-8harge: 13.08 mills per KWH for all energy consumed. 2. Maintenance and Re~lacement Charge: Customer shall pay the Authority actual cost, mclu mg appropnate overheads, for lamp renewals and for all necessary maintenance and replacement work on the street lighting system. Customer shall be billed monthly for this service. RATE ADJUS'IMENTS . Charges resulting from application of the above rates shall be adjusted in accordance with the Retail Rate Adjustment Schedule currently in effect as a:pproved by the City Council of the City ofnSan Marcos. RELOCATION OF LAMPS Authority shall, at request of Customer, relocate or change existing equipment. Customer shall reimburse Authority for such changes at actual cost, including appropriate overheads. METERING All energy consumed under this schedule shall be metered excepting installa- tions where, in the opinion of Authority, metering would be impracticable. When the consumption is metered, the meters shall be installed in or cormected to the lighting circuit, and the billing shall include the energy delivered to and consumed in all circuits and equipnent used exclusively for street lighting purposes..If more than one meter ms used, the readings shall be consolidated for bil1ing~purposes. When the energy is not metered and also when a meter is found to be in error, the conslJ!l1Ption for billing purposes shall be computed from the ratEld capacity of the lamps plus 5% for losses, multiplied by the number of hours of use. PAYMENT I The rates included herein are net, the gross rates being ten per cent (10%) higher. In the event the current monthly bill is not paid within ten ( (10) days from date of the bill, the gross rates shall apply.
