III 162b EXHIBIT A LOWER COLORADO RIVER All'rnORITI STANDARD RESIDENTIAL RATE - URBAN, IN EFFECf WITIUN 1HE CITI OF SAN MARCOS. SCHEDULE I - 77 APPLlCABILITI Applicable to all residential customers served from local alternating current distribution system. Service under this schedule shall apply only to electric service in a single private dwelling and its appurtenances, the maj or use of which is for lighting and household appliances, for the personal comfort and convenience of those residing therein. Private dwellings, in which space is occasionally used for the conduct of business by a person residing therein will be served under this rate schedule. ( Where a portion of a dwelling is used regularly for the conduct of business, the electricity consumed in that portion so used will be separately metered and billed under the appropriate Basic Lighting and Power Rate. If separate circuits are not provided by the customer, the entire premises shall be classified as nonresidential and billed accordingly. This schedule shall not apply to service, to institutions such as clubs, fratemi ties ,public housing authorities, orphanages or homes; recognized rooming cnf boarding houses; the space in an apartment or other residential building primarily devoted to use as an office or studio for professional Dltother gainful purposes. CHARACTER OF SERVICE Alternating current service at approximately 60 cycles, 110 or 220 volts, either single phase, two-wire or three-wire; or, three phase, three-wire or four-wire, as may be required by distributor. Service to water heater to be subj ect to installation by consumer of off-peak control of approved type. RATE I First 50 KWH, or less, consumed per month $1. 79 150 KWH, consumed per month @ 2.380~ per KWH 200 KWH consumed per mohth @ 1.308<1' per KWH Next Excess over RATE ADJUS'll1ENTS Charges resulting from application of the above rates shall be adjust~~ in accordance with the Retail Rate Adjustment Schedule currently in effect as approved by the City Council of the City of San Marcos. ~lI~~1iDNfHBYLBILL The minimum monthly bill for customers served under this schedule shall be $1. 79 plus the sum of all applicable rate adjustments per meter. PAYMENI' Above rates are net, the gross rates being ten per cent (10%) higher. In the event that the current ll)ml1:b:!,ybill is not paid within ten (10) days from date of bill", the gross rates shall apply. SINGLE roINT DELIVERY I The above rates are based upon the supply of service to the entire premises through a single delivery and metering point. Separate supply for the same customer at other points of delivery shall be separately metered and bill~~.
