SCHEDULE II-77 III APPLICABILITY Applicable to all commercial and all small non-residential light, heat, and power customers having demands not greater than 10 kilowatts. Customers with demands exceeding 10 kilowatts in any month shall be billed in accordance with the Basic Large Lighting and Power Rate, Schedule m.-77. CHARACTER OF SERVICE Alternating current service from the local distribution system, single or three phase, at approximately 60 cycles. Voltage supplied will be at the discretion of the distributor and will be detennined by the voltage availabll~ from distribution lines in the vicinity and/or other conditions. MINIMUM /vK)NTHLY BILL The minimum monthly bill for customers with demands of 10 kilowatts or less shall be $1. 79 plus the sum of all applicable rate adjustments per meter. PAYMENT Above rates are net, the gross rates being ten per cent (10%) higher. In the event the current monthly bill is not paid within ten (10) days from date of bill, the gross rates shall apply. SINGLE POINT DELIVERY The above rates are based upon the supply of service to the entire premises through a single delivery and metering point. Separate supply for the same customer at other points of delivery shall be separately metered and billed. I
