I I I '. 2.4.7 Review samples, catalog data, schedules, shop drawings, 1aboratory, shop and mi11 tests of material and equipment and other data which the Contractor submits. The review is for the benefit of the OWNER and covers only general comp1iance with the information given by the Contract Documents. It does not re1ieve the Contractor of any res- ponsibility such as dimensions to be confirmed and corre1ated at the job site, appropriate safety measures to protect workers and the public, or the necessity to construct a comp1ete and workab1e faci1ity in accordance with the Contract Documents. 2.4.8 Prepare month1y and fina1 estimates for payments to con- tractors, and furnish to the OWNER any necessary certifications as to payments to contractors and supp1iers; assemple written guarantees which are required by the Contract Documents. 2.4.9 Conduct, in company with representatives of the OWNER, a fina1 inspection of the PROJECT for conformance with the design concept of the PROJECT and comp1iance with the Contract Documents, and approve in writing fina1 payment to the contractors. 2.4.10 Revise contract drawings (unless complete'redrawing is required) with the assistance of the Resident Project Representative to show the work as constructed. Furnish a set of reproducib1es of these revised drawings to the OWNER. 2.4.11 Engineering services for Phase 3 wi11 terminate 30 ca1en- dar days after the expiration of the contract time of comp1etion of the construction contract. Engineering services after this time wi1l be subject to negotiation between the OWNER and the ENGINEER, except for one on-site inspection of the PROJECT approximate1y one month prior to termination of the construction contract warranty. -8-
