<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />'. <br /> <br />2.4.7 Review samples, catalog data, schedules, shop drawings, <br />1aboratory, shop and mi11 tests of material and equipment and other data <br />which the Contractor submits. The review is for the benefit of the <br />OWNER and covers only general comp1iance with the information given by <br />the Contract Documents. It does not re1ieve the Contractor of any res- <br />ponsibility such as dimensions to be confirmed and corre1ated at the job <br />site, appropriate safety measures to protect workers and the public, or <br />the necessity to construct a comp1ete and workab1e faci1ity in accordance <br />with the Contract Documents. <br />2.4.8 Prepare month1y and fina1 estimates for payments to con- <br />tractors, and furnish to the OWNER any necessary certifications as to <br />payments to contractors and supp1iers; assemple written guarantees which <br />are required by the Contract Documents. <br />2.4.9 Conduct, in company with representatives of the OWNER, a <br />fina1 inspection of the PROJECT for conformance with the design concept <br />of the PROJECT and comp1iance with the Contract Documents, and approve <br />in writing fina1 payment to the contractors. <br />2.4.10 Revise contract drawings (unless complete'redrawing is <br />required) with the assistance of the Resident Project Representative to <br />show the work as constructed. Furnish a set of reproducib1es of these <br />revised drawings to the OWNER. <br />2.4.11 Engineering services for Phase 3 wi11 terminate 30 ca1en- <br />dar days after the expiration of the contract time of comp1etion of the <br />construction contract. Engineering services after this time wi1l be <br />subject to negotiation between the OWNER and the ENGINEER, except for <br />one on-site inspection of the PROJECT approximate1y one month prior to <br />termination of the construction contract warranty. <br />-8- <br />
